ORDER

1. The date of incident is 7‑2‑1981. The applicant was arrested on 6‑3‑1984 and since then he is in custody. The challan has been submitted but the trial has not yet started. So on the ground of delay the learned counsel for the applicant has pressed this application which is supported by the learned A.A.‑G. No witness has so fart been examined.

2. In such circumstances the applicant is admitted to bail in the sum of Rs.15,000 (Rupees fifteen thousand only) and P.R. in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

3. M.Y.H./A‑229/K Bail granted.
