ORDER

1. This is an application for bail before arrest. It is alleged that applicant who is Inspector in Income‑tax Department in complicity with his colleague and co‑accused Afrasiab Hashmi accepted bribe of Rs.5,000 from a party and such complaint was lodged with F.I. A. Applicant is being tried for offences under section 161, P.P.C. read with section 5(2) Act II of 1947. He has been granted interim bail vide order of this Court dated 4‑5‑1986. Co‑accused was taken in~ custody and has been granted bail by the trial Court. It is submitted that in this case there is no raid and the applicant was not caught red‑handed but there is only allegation. Learned A. A.‑G. "states that investigation is over and there is no objection to the confirmation of bail. Bail is, therefore, confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
