ORDER

MIAN SAQIB NISAR, J.--- It is the grievance of the petitioner that she was qualified and eligible for the recruitment but has not been given a chance to appear in the recruitment process and has not been called for the interview.

2. I have perused the parawise comments and heard learned A.A-G. appearing on behalf of the respondents Nos.1 and 2, who has apprised this Court that the petitioner has been short listed for the valid reasons, because her certificates are dubious, as she is shown to have been taking the training at Sargodha but at the same time seeking education and took the exams at Karachi; besides, she purports to have taken the training from a private clinic, which is not even recommended whereas, the other candidates have been training from the vocational institutes.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, without prejudice to the authority of the respondents/department for the short-listing, I find that in the present case, the number of the candidates is so small that instead of that, all the candidates should be interviewed and the recruitment should be made on the basis of merits; however, it is authority of the recruitment Committee to consider the case of all the candidates afresh and to make the appointment. Disposed of.
