MUHAMMAD SHAFI Versus ADMINISTRATOR, UNION COUNCIL, PIPLAN

ORDER

1. This is a complaint under section 53 of the Industrial Relations ordinance 1969. The complainant was working as Sanitary Mate in the Union Council, Piplan. His monthly pay was Rs. 201. Recently he was ordered by the accused to work as Peon in the same office. The grievance of tae complainant is that he was transferred from one post to the other post on account to his Union activities, I have heard the complainant at length. He admits that, he was being paid the same salary and he was working in the same office-' I am not satisfied that the transfer has affected the terms and conditions or employment. No question of unfair labour practice arises in this case. The charges are groundless and accordingly the accused is discharged.
