ORDER
1. The learned Advocate-General states that the arrangement for payment of decreetal amount is in process with the Government and as per his instruction the payment will be made within three months. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the respondent with a view to avoid the effect of attachment order, have come up with a new plea.
2. Be that as it may, we after hearing the learned Advocate-General and Mr. Ghulam Nabi learned Counsel for the respondent with the consent of parties dispose of this petition in the following manner:

The execution proceeding before the Executing Court will continue, which will be concluded within three months and subject to the furnishing of Bank guarantee of a scheduled Bank, equal to the decreetal amount by respondents or by respondent No.3 (Superintendent of Police) as the case may be within fifteen (15) days to the satisfaction of executing Court, the attachment order passed on 16-8-2008 by the executing Court will remain suspended, failing which this order will automatically come to an end and the attachment order will become operative. Disposed of.
