ORDER

1. Aman Ullah, Mechanic, Yousaf Khan Naib Qasid and Jamal Khan Driver present in Court state that their case has not been considered in pursuance of the order of this Court. Managing Director NATCO present in Court states that none of the above workers approached him and undertakes to consider their case within a week in the manner in which the cases of other employees have been considered.

2. Mr. Ahsaan Ali learned counsel representing the employees of NATCO states that although 19 employees mentioned in order dated 22-4-2010 are included in those 60 employees who have been retired with full benefits but these 19 employees are not satisfied with the decision of their retirement therefore their case may be decided on merits. This may be pointed out that individual employees cannot maintain a petition under Article 61 of Gilgit-Baltistan (Empowerment and Self-Governance) Order, 2009 for redressal of their grievance and if they are not satisfied with the order of their retirement they may avail appropriate remedy before the proper forum. This petition with the above observation stands disposed of.
