ORDER

1. The petitioner through this petition seeks review of our judgment, dated 31-3-2010 in C.P.L.A. No.13 of 2009 whereby this Court while maintaining the judgment of Chief Court had dismissed the above C.P.L.A.

2. Heard and perused the record.

3. Points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner have already been discussed and dilated upon in the impugned judgment in a comprehensive manner. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out any mistake or error on the face of record for review of the impugned judgment.

4. Consequently we dismiss this petition.
