ORDER

1. Having heard the learned counsel for the applicants, respondent in Civil Review Petition No.3/2008 and Registrar of the University, we do not find any ambiguity in the order in review petition, wherein Para. "C" of main judgment has been maintained with direction that the case of the petitioners in review petitions falling-under Paras. "B" and "C" will be placed before selection board. The present applicants respondents in the review petition were not required to appear before the board.

2. This application is accordingly disposed of.
