ORDER

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of hearing when pointed out that the bail application before the Chief Court was not decided on merits rather was dismissed as withdrawn. Therefore, this petition before this court is not maintainable and petitioner may if so advised, move a fresh bail application before Chief Court or before the trial court as the case may be. Dismissed.
