1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent (M. D. NATCO) has placed a copy of Office Order dated 8th October, 2010 (Mark "A") regarding the implementation of the judgment of this court passed on 8-6-2010 in C.P.L.A. No 2 of 2010 with direction for payment of the dues of petitioner from the date of his removal from service the petitioner states that this grievance has been redressed and he is no more interested to pursue this contempt application, which is accordingly disposed of with the direction that dues of the petitioner shall be paid without any further delay.
