ORDER

1. This petition for leave to appeal has been preferred by the learned counsel for the petitioners for correction of the word Petitioners instead of Affectees in the Judgment/Order S.M.C. No. 12 of 2011 passed by this Court vide dated 6-9-2011.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and he remained not succeeded to convince us with regard to the amendment/correction in the Judgment in question, hence, this petition for leave to appeal is refused and the case in hand is dismissed accordingly.
