AFFECTEES OF THE LAND OWNERS OF KKH Versus

ORDER

1. DR. RANA MUHAMMAD SHAMIM, C.J.--- After arguing their case at quite length, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the Petitioners/Affectees (Amir Khan and others) of KKH submit that if directions are given to the authority before whom the claims are pending, to decide their claims and pay the compensation within 03 months, they will withdraw the above case. Mr. Amjad Hussain, advocate is also in attendance on behalf of National Highway Authority (NHA), who raised no objection.

2. In view of the above statement at bar, the SMC No. 01/2015, is disposed of with the directions that the authorities shall decide the claims of the affectees of the land (Ameer Khan and others), whose lands were acquired and compensation thereto were not paid. Pay to them compensation expeditiously within a period of three (03) months positively and submit the progress report in every month in the office of the learned Registrar of this Court.

3. The Suo Motu Case No.01/2015 is disposed of in above terms.
