COMPLAINT AGAINST CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY Versus

ORDER

1. DR. RANA MUHAMMAD SHAMIM, C.J.--- Malik Khalid Masood, Deputy Terminal Manager, (respondent No. 01) and Mr. Sajjad Hussain, Commercial Assistant, (respondent No.02) Civil Aviation Authority are present in person along with Mian Shafaqat Jan Advocate. They have tendered unconditional apology and placed themselves at the mercy of this court. They have also made written submissions and requested to allow them to withdraw the Para-wise comments filed by them earlier.

2. The unconditional apology tendered by the respondents Nos.1 and 2 is accepted. They are warned to be careful in future to pay respect to the judiciary. The Para-wise comments already filed by them be returned to them and the copy of written submission regarding tendering unconditional apology be placed on record.

3. In view of the above, the SMC.No. 03/2015 is disposed off accordingly.
