Syed Shahbaz Ali Rizvi, J .--- Through this petition, Adil alias Karondi petitioner seeks his release on post arrest bail in case FIR No.3823 dated 16.12.2025 registered for offence under Section 376-iii of Pakistan Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Saddar Kasur, District Kasur.

Though as per allegation levelled in the crime report, petitioner committed sodomy with the minor victim yet contents of the medico legal examination certificate of the said victim prima-facie, does not support the said allegation as no signs of sexual assault on his person could be observed by the Medical Officer. The fact mentioned supra calls for further inquiry into the guilt of petitioner entitling him to the grant of post arrest bail. Petitioner himself is a lad of just 13-years age. He is behind the bars since his arrest on 19.12.2025. Conclusion of trial is not in sight. In view of mentioned above, keeping the petitioner incarcerated till indefinite period does not look justified. Hence, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is admitted to post arrest bail/subject to his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.100,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial court.
