MUJAHID HUSSAIN NAQVI Versus AZAD GOVERNMENT

ORDER

1. We have gone through the judgment titled Mujahid Hussain Naqvi v. Azad Government and others (Civil Review Petition No.13 of 2001 decided on 30-5-2007) * and found that at page 12 in paragraph No.12, line No.9, the words "the Holy Prophets and" have been incorporated due to mistake of type inadvertently, while being Muslim we are of the firm belief that the Prophets cannot do any wrong or error. Therefore at page 12, from paragraph No.12, line No.9 of the judgment; the words "the Holy Prophets and" stand deleted. This order shall be read as part of the aforesaid judgment.
