ORDER
1. S.A. NUSRAT, J.--The question involved in this petition relates to interpretation of the provisions of Corporation Employees (Special Powers) Ordinance, 1978 (No. XIII of 1978) and we would, therefore, grant leave to appeal.
2. Security Rs.1,000.
3. The appeal to be made ready on the present record with liberty to the parties to file additional documents, if any.
4. The office is directed to fix all the appeals which involve the same point for hearing together.
