ORDER

1. S.A. NUSRAT, J.--The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in both the above noted petitions does not want to press these petitions. The same are, therefore, dismissed as not pressed.

2. However, the petitioners are given two month, time to vacate the premises in question and hand ever vacant possession thereof to the landlords, subject to payment of advance rent every month.

3. The petitioners are present in Court and undertake to abide by the direction of this Court.
