REGISTRAR OF TRADE UNION, KARACHI vs HAJJI MUHAMMAD AND 9 OTHERS

ORDER

1. HIDAYAT HUSSAIN (CHAIRMAN).-Through these applications the Registrar of Trade Unions, Karachi, seeks permission to cancel the registration of the respondent Unions. The respon--dent Unions Yousuf Textile Mills Mazdoor Union and Hotel Intercontinental Employees' Union were served. No one ha appeared for them. Other respondents are nut traceable. These Unions have not filed annual return for the year 1969. In these circumstances I will direct the Registrar of Trade Unions, Karachi, to cancel the registration of these Unions.
