1. Through this application under section 561-A, Cr.P.C., the petitioner wants this Court to transfer investigations of the case F.I.R. No, 92/88 of Police Station Noshehra Jadeed from S.H.O. To C.IA. Staff Bahawalpur. I am afraid this Court cannot transfer the investigations as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Dismissed.
