1. Advocate-General, Punjab, is present in some other case. He accepts notice in this case as well.

2. I am told that the petitioner has already been taken into custody.

3. The sentence is short. Petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court, till the petition is finally disposed of.
