ORDER
MUHAMMAD ARIF, J.--- The entire dispute presently is based upon a sum of about Rs. 1,08,000/- plus maintenance allowance at the rate of Rs. 3000/- P.M. For the period of Iddat. We have been informed that respondent-Mst. Raba Naeem was divorced by the petitioner after the litigation in relation to maintenance which gave rise to the institution and initiation of the proceedings before the Arbitrator.
2. We would like to hear the point Of view of the respondent No. 3 for the purposes of disposal of this petition finally.
3. Let notice he issued to respondent No. 3 to advise any male member of her family to enter appearance on the next date to be fixed by the office during the current session of the Court in relation to any chances for reducing the amount afore-referred amicably for putting an end to this litigation.
