1. ' Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has pointed out that the present revision petition is time-barred. This fact has been admitted by the petitioner's learned counsel. He, however, states that an application seeking condonation of delay has been filed. Learned counsel for the respondent has argued that section 5 of the Limitation Act is not applicable to revision petitioner and, as a consequence, the delay in filing of the revision petition, cannot be condoned.

2. This contention has merit. The present revision petition being time-barred is dismissed.
