A copy of this writ petition alongwith a copy of the. application Annexure 'C' and copies of the Medico-Legal Reports Annexures A & B be sent to respondent No. 1 who will persue the contents thereof and will proceed in the matter in accordance with law. He is further directed to submit a report to the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court within ten days.
