It is agreed between both the sides that in pursuance to the orders passed on 6-5-2002 the defendants shall be allowed to pay decretal amount within four months of the date hereof 50% of the decretal amount thereafter they shall pay on or before 5th of each English calendar month a sum of Rs, 50,000 by way of instalment. Once this amount is completed then the question of mark- up is to be taken up. In case of one consecutive default in payment of instalment, the entire amount shall become due and payable.
