ORDER

1. ' Vide preceding order dated 7-5-2003 the petitioner was directed to make arrangements for advertising the petition in the daily newspapers "The News" and "Nawa-eWaqt". It was further ordered that if the petition is not advertised in Form 27 under rule 78 of Companies (Court) Rules, 1997, before the next date of hearing the petition will stand dismissed. The order of this Court has not been complied with. The petition is dismissed. accordingly.
