I do not find any reason to interfere w ith the discretion exercised by the learned Sessions Judge nor am 1 persuaded to recall the concession of bail extended to the respondents on the very' word of petitioner's mouth that the respondents were abusing the concession of bail.3. This petition is, therefore, dismissed.
